Gary Shunk began his career in the field of mental health in 1986. In 1989 he was employed by a national employee assistance program, until he established his full-time private practice in 1992. In the late 1990's Gary began consulting work for financial families, families in business and advisors in the family office and wealth advisory space. Gary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois. In addition to his clinical work he is an Associate at Loyola University Family Business Center.
